My passion for nutrition and sports started when I was a collegiate rower at Kansas State University. I always wanted to help my teammates understand how their fueling affected their performance. When I graduated college, sports nutrition was on the horizon so I worked as a clinical dietitian for 2.5 years before returning to school to obtain my master's degree. During that time I served as a graduate assistant for the sports nutrition program at Kansas State University.
For the last seven years I managed our student-athlete performance table and oversaw all menus and nutrition for all teams at K-State. In addition I served as the team sports dietitian for the baseball, rowing and volleyball teams.
Since leaving college athletics in June of 2021, I started K² Performance Nutrition, LLC. My goal is to continue to educate athletes of all ages on how to fuel for performance through a food first approach! I'm not the food police and do not want to take the enjoyment out of eating. We can enjoy all foods in moderation!

First and foremost I will get to know you! I take pride in getting to know my clients so the recommendations I make will be the most beneficial to you. We will review your health history, discuss your performance goals and set goals to help with your performance. Your initial 1:1 will last approximately 60 minutes.
Based on your goals set in our initial visit, I will follow-up to determine if these goals are appropriate for you. We will work on lifestyle changes and not changing everything at once. Follow-ups help with the progress of these changes. These meetings will last 30-45 minutes.
From club sports to school sports, I will provide team education talks, covering a variety of sports nutrition topics. These talks will focus on general recommendations. This rate will vary based on travel.
Per request, I will bundle 10 recipes together for you. These will be specific to what you're looking for. Additional recipes can be purchased at $5 each.
Needing a little more guidance? You will receive a 1-week meal plan to help achieve your goals. This will not be a strict plan and still allows for you to choose foods you enjoy!
If you're looking to save a little money, these package deals are just for you! The packages consist of initial consultations and follow-ups bundled together. The most advanced package also includes a 1-week meal plan.
